UCLA Center for Medieval & Renaissance Studies

UCLA Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies Affiliates are scholars who have a Ph.D. and specialize in some aspect of medieval and Renaissance studies. Candidates for CMRS Affiliate status must be nominated by a CMRS faculty member and approved by the Faculty Advisory Committee. Appointments are usually granted for periods of two or three years. CMRS Affiliates are generally scholars who have received the Ph.D. degree recently and for whom an affiliation with the Center will promote their professional growth.
